Welcome and introduction to
CleverClogs Nursery and Pre-school
With over 20 years’ experience, CleverClogs Nursery and Pre-School is a locally owned private nursery located on two sites, one on Dereham Road, Norwich and the other in Cringleford, Norwich, both with easy access to the A47, the hospital and University. We provide childcare for children from 3 months to school age, Monday to Friday between 7.45am and 6pm all year round, closing only for bank holidays.
We understand that finding the right childcare can be a very emotional decision for any parent or carer, and we are happy to show you around our nursery and do our absolute best to suit your needs.

Philosophy
Our philosophy is to provide a home away from home environment, where children within our care are happy, safe and relaxed, ready to engage with their peers.
We provide an enriched learning environment to help children learn and develop. We understand that parents are their child’s first educators and are crucial to children’s learning and development and as such, we value and encourage your input and strive to maintain a positive relationship.

Values
Our aim is to provide you and your child with:
The best staff – A qualified, dedicated and enthusiastic team, who are continuously training, and are recruited for their empathy towards and understanding of children. Our aim is to provide for your children as we would our own, providing them with the best possible start to their learning.
The best environment – Allowing freedom to develop and structure for guidance, “grownups” for security and playmates for belonging. And, of course, a continually renewed range of educational toys and activities aimed at providing fun, stimulation and a sense of achievement, whilst maintaining that home from home environment.
The best nutrition – Freshly prepared meals made by our on site cook using fresh products with varied menus catering for all dietary needs.
The best partnership – With whom to entrust the care of a child –one which recognises the primary role of the parent in childcare and is privileged to be chosen as the day carer, who realises the importance of two way communication and values parental input and view.
